Every record — projects, files, spec sections, RFIs, submittals — carries the firm that owns it, and every query filters on it. That includes the AI agent: it retrieves only from documents belonging to the firm that asked.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and only the hash is kept — we cannot read your password, and neither can anyone who obtains the database. Sessions run over HTTPS with cookies your page scripts cannot read.
Uploads sit in a private bucket with no public access. Every download is a signed link scoped to your firm, and files you email to a contractor expire — a forwarded message stops working rather than circulating a reviewed document indefinitely.
Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. AI features run on Anthropic's API under commercial terms, which do not permit customer inputs or outputs to be used for model training.
